  1. The instructions (Instr. p. 9) cite Part 5 Items 1.a–6.b, Part 6 Items 1.a–7.b and Part 7 Items 1.a–8.b, but the printed 01/20/25 form numbers Part 5 Items 1–4, Part 6 Items 1–6 and Part 7 Items 1–6. — I would follow the printed form's numbering everywhere (as this map does); the instructions describe the same content.
  2. Address history "Provide your current address first if it is different from your mailing address" (Form p. 2 for you, Form p. 5 for the beneficiary): when the mailing and physical addresses are the same, the printed form lets Item 9 (Item 12 for the beneficiary) start with the previous address. — I would always print the current physical address first: it is never wrong, and Items 10.a–10.b (13.a–13.b) are the only place the dates at the current address appear, which keeps the five-year history complete.
  3. Item 5 (K-3 only), "have you filed Form I-130?": a K-3 petitioner may answer No when filing the I-130 at the same time (Instr. p. 3 accepts "a concurrently filed Form I-130" as evidence). — I would not block a No answer; the questionnaire should remind the petitioner to include the I-130 or its receipt with the packet.
